There’s something powerful about sitting (or logging in) with other people who just get it. People who know what it’s like to live with an ADHD brain, to feel stuck in the shame spiral after betrayal, or to wrestle with thoughts you’ve never said out loud—but someone else in the group says them first.
That’s the magic of group therapy. You’re not just being supported by a therapist—you’re being witnessed by others walking a similar path. And that kind of connection? It’s grounding. It’s validating. It’s often exactly what we didn’t know we needed.
Current Groups Available (All Virtual, Based in Austin)
ADHD Support Group (Adults – All Genders Welcome)
Living with ADHD can feel isolating—especially when the world expects you to be linear, focused, and on time. This group is a weekly space to share openly, swap real-world strategies, and talk about the emotional side of ADHD (like shame, overwhelm, and rejection sensitivity) without masking or explaining yourself. Whether you're newly diagnosed or long suspected it, you’re welcome here.
Infidelity Support Group (For Women Who’ve Been Cheated On)
If you’ve experienced betrayal in your relationship, you know how disorienting and isolating it can feel. This group is a supportive space for women to process the impact of infidelity, rebuild self-trust, and begin healing in community. You don’t have to keep carrying it alone—or trying to make sense of it by yourself.
All groups are held online via secure video, so you can join from anywhere in Texas—even though we’re Austin-based, we welcome members statewide.
